We are very experienced at executing on marketing related strategies including web development and mobile applications to support online engagement. American Heart Association
HeartWalk.org is the National Hub for AHA’s signature events. The site they had didn’t reflect the national branding and had a dated look and feel. In addition the HeartWalk map was created in Flash and was therefore not usable on iOS devices (iPhone and iPad). The Heart Association wanted a more streamlined site and user-friendly site with beautiful graphics to showcase people from around the country coming together in support of the HeartWalk.
Adcieo did an in-depth discovery session including a navigational assessment and content audit. We created a new site map that helped to highlight both Corporations and Community target audiences and we developed a series of wireframes to illustrate user flow throughout the areas of the site.
The new site has a unified the branding approach with the National presence and is fully responsive for viewing on multiple types of mobile devices. The new national map is iOS friendly and includes an overall improved user experience.
Cancer Support Community – San Francisco Bay Area
The Cancer Support Community of SF/Bay Area wanted an easier to maintain site that better represented their mission. As a part of a National Community Organization they wanted to be related to other Community sites but retain a personality all their own.
After working with them to prioritize the goals of the website we defined the sites navigation with a site map and the framework of the home page using a wireframe. We then created a responsive WordPress site with a content management system that showcases the programs and services they offer and compelling survivor stories. They also have a large slideshow, email signup and donation through their selected vendor for payment processing.
Arthritis Foundation reached out to Adcieo to develop a custom mobile application to support their annual Jingle Bell Run/Walk event series. They wanted a custom app that would interface seamlessly with their event management system.
We developed the mobile app in 2013 and Arthritis Foundation rolled out to one region. Based on the success of the regional roll-out in 2013, they decided to roll out nationwide in 2014.
Adcieo was responsible for the application development, content, copy and roll out strategy. As part of the roll out strategy, we helped to define the segmentation and messaging to drive online engagement.
