Adcieo has worked with Komen MD since 2009 and has become a key part of the team. In our relationship, we define strategy, creative, and execute. Collectively, we have enjoyed success in working with the Komen team enabling them to outperform their peer group of other affiliates while introducing new and innovative approaches to support peer-to-peer fundraising.

At the end of 2008, Komen Maryland was faced with the need to reduce its staff and was trying to determine the best path forward for the organization in light of reduced staffing.

The organization turned to Adcieo to partner with them to drive engagement strategies with their constituents. Adcieo helps craft the messaging and figure out audience segmentation. Adcieo makes recommendations of use of incentives and creative ideation. Out of 125 Komen affiliates, Komen Maryland is one of the few has seen consistent revenue growth.

American Liver Foundation (ALF)

American Liver Foundation

Recently, the American Liver Foundation was faced with the sudden departure of their Manager of Digital Marketing. As an alternative to replacing that position with a single employee, ALF opted to partner with Adcieo to assume the responsibilities of that position. In this way, they benefit from the varied experience and skill set of a diverse team to provide the best possible solutions.

Adcieo has now assumed a wide variety of services for ALF. We serve as the primary organizational contact working with the Blackbaud/Convio implementation team to ensure the successful implementation of the TeamRaiser Blueprint. This includes implementation of the Blueprint template, Participant Center Custom messages Participant Center Configuration, Launch of individual event sites, customization of home page copy and graphics. We also provide Center training for ALF staff on how TeamRaiser works from the user end as well as the event admin perspective. We are also creating a template that can be used across all ALF chapters nationwide. This includes fundamentals for Personal Fundraising Page Launch, landing page with search options and best practices for utilizing and promoting a Personal Fundraising page.

We are also providing day to day operation support for ALF events nationwide. This includes resolving backend registration and donation issues, updating events sites with news as needed and providing weekly reporting and analysis. We are doing event database analysis and defining segmentation. We are making recommendations to grow the ALF database through social, online and advertising resources. We are managing SEO and SEM on event websites and making recommendations for improvements for keyword and metadata updates. In short, we function as an extension of the ALF headquarters team.
