Adcieo can evaluate your data related processes for ways to improve intake, communication, and development process effectiveness. The evaluation of data includes data entry, flow, storage and access, reporting, record segmentation, and their impact on your operational paradigms.
This audit will provide discovery regarding the state of your technology infrastructure and provide opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce redundancy. Typically, an audit will consist of the following steps:
- Review of current system and how they are utilized
- Role Definition
- Process Definition
- Develop Data Process Brief (including data flow) to understand current processes
- Process Mapping
- Data Evaluation – flow, entry, integration, redundancy, hygiene
- Provide preliminary presentation to key staff
- Based on feedback, provide final presentation with report
- Includes recommendations for improvements that detail a vision for new opportunities
- Focus on more effective and efficient operations
- This process assumes access to relevant data, systems and process descriptions provided to Adcieo.
The typical costs associated with these engagements range from $5,000-8,000 on the low end for assessment and high level plan, to around $20,000 depending on the role that Adcieo would play in the implementation of any recommendations following the initial plan.
Community Renewal Society (CRS)
We engaged in 2008 to help the Community Renewal Society identify key issues with their then recent migration from Raisers Edge to Sphere. At this point, CRS was considering migrating off of Sphere, but could not due to the timing and cost of the effort. What was proposed was an interim step that would position the organization for choosing a new technology vendor in the future. The resulting project was to restructure their historical data and re-configure their use of Sphere to support ongoing reporting and segmentation needs.
The solution worked well enough to allow the organization to focus on other changes needed until 2012 when once again Adcieo was engaged to support the migration from Sphere to Salsa Labs. Currently the organization is using their new database more efficiently and effectively and the conversion was done as part of a larger initiative at the right time for the organization.
National Kidney Foundation of Maryland
National Kidney Foundation of Maryland (NKF MD) partnered with Adcieo to consult on the evaluation, selection and contract negotiation of a new donor database. Adcieo worked with NKF MD to fully define their business requirements and document existing business processes. We guided them through the vetting of potential vendors and the determination of product options that best met their functional, budget, implementation and support requirements. We also provided a software evaluation and recommended purchase strategy for NKF MD.
We are currently partnering with Baltimore Chai to consult on the selection and implementation of a new database solution. We are leading Baltimore Chai through five phases in this engagement including the Discovery and Requirements Definition, RFP Administration, Implementation Design, Implementation Project Management, and the Staff Training.
